Fighting youth unemployment through empowerment – TC in Bitola!

YMCA Bitola, an association carrying out such activities as non-formal education, culture and art and healthy lifestyle, will be hosting a training course called “Fighting youth unemployment through empowerment
– A key for solving intra-societal conflicts”
. The TC is dedicated to solve intra-societal conflicts through empowerment of young people and the fight against youth unemployment and will take place from 17th till 25th March in Bitola and will welcome 25 participants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and of course Macedonia.

The TC is aimed to support youth workers and youth leaders working with unemployed youth, in strengthening their personal, social and professional competence, to share how to stimulate mobility and active participation of unemployed young people and finally increasing their employability through their personal empowerment.

The planned activities will give the participants an opportunity to share their experience, to debate and discuss, discover the needs of their communities, work on simulations, lead and be leaded by each other, to learn from each other and experience situations through the use of non-formal methods which will be implemented according to the needs of the participants.
